How It Works
BANC assembles a team of consultants for each nonprofit client based on the interests and skill sets of the consultants and the specific needs of the client
-
During the 6-month project, the consulting team of 5-7 consultants works closely with the nonprofit client's Executive Director/CEO, relevant staff, Board and other important stakeholders to meet the specific objectives of the client's project
-
Project work and team meetings may take place during the week during business hours, in the evenings, and/or on weekends, depending on what’s needed for each project and what works for each specific team
-
Alumni consultants commit an average of 4 hours a week for about 6 months. (This is an average estimate. Over the course of the project, some weeks will require more effort, and other weeks, less)
Please note
-
Unfortunately, due to high demand, not all alumni who apply can be matched to a team in any given cycle. We do maintain pipelines of potential consultants, so we look forward to staying in touch to make you aware of future opportunities as they become available
